Check out this Old Hollywood Spanish Gem built in 1926. If you love historic homes in the hollywood hills, you'll love this video. The owners of this spanish villa did an incredible job of remodeling this 1920s luxury home. They maintained the original character of the home by keeping original spanish tiles, archways, balconies, but completely updating the kitchen along with the rest of the house. The views of los angeles from the rooftop deck are amazing. This is southern california luxury living at it's finest.
