Are these commercial PTZ camera or it can also be use in residential homes?

They can be used for home also, but make sure you have a POE or power.

I know your using the browser to control it but did u have it connected to an nvr. I bought the 5mp version viklyn 18x zoom and it's turn it slow on my swann system. It's nowhere near as responsive as yours
