this is the one, i've looked at scale models and they all look chincy but are pricey as all get out, this on the other hand i'd gladly buy plans for :)

John, I bought the 1:20 scale Drakkar plans last April and have bought some of the wood. I plan to start building right after Christmas. Are there any videos or pictures of steps during construction? I am not looking for detailed step-by-step pictures, but a few taken during construction would be helpful. I'll take several of my project and will share them. Alex

Hi, it was fantastic work. Thank you for share. I have some questions regarding the model. I have bought the plans and I am starting to construct the model. Frames and the lower holes in frames do not have the same height for hull planking. They will not have the same height when we glue frames to the keel and it will be wrong. How did you fix this or it had to be that way?

Hi Harun, I assume you're talking about the slots in the frames and keel. Yes, some will be at a different height. Some of the first (lowest) planks will not span the entire length of the boat. If you need more/different, can you email me at jandela@ageofsail.net with what may be the problem you are having?
