I would have appreciated if the land was turned into grow some good crops. these days farmer and farm lands are turned into resort bussiness and this is not welcomed

Its pakka fake news He is telling initial investment is 30L For compound wall for 8 acres = 15L ( approximate) Borwell = 2.5L including bore motor charges For buildings and other construction works it will take more than 1cr for 8 acres. He needs to give more than 3 L for govt of to take license. I don't know why Sommanna sir doing this kind of programs for TRP... Really it's bad. ..

We have visited this resort and its just an average resort , not so much activities , they don't have any good indoor sports activities , Food is below average.- Need to improve lot.

If constructing Resort is an achievement then tomorrow its not surprise to see in these channel crusher owner/son blasting beautiful valleys across river to be interviewed as an achiever. Before interviewing these type of content make a case study of effect on surrounding. I can give a lot of negative points in these but to take an simple example most of the farmers son staying nearby will start working as suppliers in these Resorts instead of assisting his father in farming .As farming is more difficult and less entertaining then cleaning somebodies vomit. Also to note Farmer is somebody who earns less but donates more
