A lovely concert. A special mention must be made of Ramakrishnan,s violin accompaniment. What a beautiful presentation of karaharapriya!

Excellent formation of the musicians. Instead of the singer being in front and having the kanjira player behind him, now the percussionists surround them so that everybody can look at each other. Props to that

Gotten from the Master!

Excellent concert by Vignesh. Yes, he has come of age. Accompaniments and particularly L Ramakrishnan who is today possibly right up there. I am proud because both Vignesh and Ramakrishnan are from aamchi Mumbai.

Last 20 years I am seeing plenty of good talent coming from Mumbai. L Ramakrishnan should have a bright future. Nalla kai sudham. My grudge against Mumbai ends with their cricketers. :-). Seriously good going Mumbai.

L Ramakrishnan is outstanding, but the violin overpowers the whole presentation. Sound technicians could have done a better job of balancing the whole thing better, at least in post-production. It makes the whole experience really tedious, for an otherwise excellent ensemble.
