Rocky Lane always had a great strong presence. Eddy Waller was one of the best sidekicks ever. He stayed with Rocky till the end and was only one of three people at his funeral. Also, one of the greatest villains Roy Barcroft who learned from the best Harry Woods.

Thanks to John Wayne finding a filming and action way not to tear up so much furniture. The furniture replacement was a high expense in the old black and white films.

Top stunt towards the end of the movie by Roy Barcroft`s stunt double, Bob Woodward, getting thrown from the overturning wagon. That sure looked dangerous.

So Nugget actually invented the phonograph and the airplane, not Edison and the Wright Brothers. Wow. And I taught American History for forty years and didn't know that. My former students will sue me if they find out.

WOW! running water in the old west. My last grand parent, grandfather died in 1973 and he did not have running water, well right outside his kitchen. Why is that tree dying right next to running water? If its that valuable to you, water it! LOL! Cottonwood SPRINGS Bank and they do not have any water, where was the water in the to coming from? Maybe they were referring to buggy springs. This Nugget character is always guilty of over acting. Spencer Tracy's advice the Kathryn Hepburn was to never let them catch you acting. Who's paying for these damages in the restaurant? They always break up a place but nobody pays for the damages. "If I were you Rocky, I would not pass any dry gulches." LOL they are all dry, but this guy plans to dry gulch him. ROTFLMBO! If he knows what time they come for his cattle, WHY isn't he out there waiting for the rustlers? Stupid movie. ROTFLMBO Again! "Lot of good cattle country around here..." but how can that be if there is no water for them to drink? I did not see who wrote this script but they should have been fired before they were hired. This is so bad and i'm not even 17 minutes into the movie. If he has an alarm on his cows that will wake the whole neighborhood, WHAT DOES HE NEED WITH A DETECTIVE?? SO,SO Stupid movie, does not even rate being called a farce or spoof. I don't think I can take any more of this movie.

the plot is a bit nonsensical, you put the dynamite on the vault door. you don't use enough dynamite to destroy the bank in the middle of the day. why the tunnel to the bank ? why do you need all that dynamite ? does he want to destroy the town ? if he just wants to rob the bank, it makes no sense

That's a stupid thing to say. I'm a Trump supporter and I enjoy the Cisco Kid. Incidently, the original Cisco Kid in O. Henry's story was not a Mexican. Duncan Renaldo was not Mexican but a Romanian. Leo Carillo was born in the United States. So, a good Anfi Trump person should not be a fan of that TV series because it's cultural appropriation.

Cisco and some others may not have been as popular. Also too, many old films were lost in a big fire at one of the major studios years ago I think. Can't remember where or when though. :(
