Normally these kind of acts feel like one trick ponies when the element of surprise is allready revealed during the audition. But I've literally watched his audition, the semi and the final multiple times. Love him and his energy!

Absolute and utter GENIUS! Love it when red baloon deflates in the right place at the right time (whilst the music stopped). Love it when SImon pokes the green baloon exactly when the last dart strikes the last icon on the screen. Ultimately the gift to Simon, which Viggo chose himself! and then the love song....

Viggo is infectious joy. I can't think of another act that I can rewatch and still smile and laugh as much as this.

I'm so confused. I haven't watched this show in 10+ years. Back then you had the likes of Diversity. And the standard was quite high. I've just watched this guys performance and he is walking around with an inflatable and bouncing it around on his head... which quite literally anyone could do... whether it makes people laugh or not, what is the actual standard of talent? Or is the show just a sort of joke?

I've never heard such an amazing response from the audience before. People saying anyone can do comedy are delusional and usually the most boring person in the room.

Simon has truly lighten up over the years, i think it's mainly because he had a son... love it!

I love the fact that he took one of the best songs of all time and just had fun with it no gimmicks no tricks just pure fun and it was amazing.... that was the best way to honor daft punk...

I didn't have a clue wh9😮this was until 30 minutes ago. Just watched all his performances, and spent the last 30 mins laughing till it hurt. Just bonkers brilliance. Fantastic.

What a legend. I love when he rips his safety vest off only to reveal another safety vest. Genius.

I love how was able to make everybody love him with his caotic and crazy performances!! That is talent!

I saw Viggo perform in a tiny blackbox theatre on a farm in Norway in 2017. I’d never seen clown before & didn’t understand it I just felt deep down that this was the funniest, most joyful comedy I’d ever experienced. At 2 different Edinburgh fringes I went back to see his solo show multiple times with different people just because it made me so happy & I went 2 hours out of my way when I heard he was performing on nieu scene in Oslo a few years ago. It’s so surreal and brilliant to see him do his thing on such a big stage and not only that but it actually resonated with so many people. I get that not everyone recognizes Viggo’s talent but clown is so so hard to do well, really funny people go into huge identity crises trying to do it. It takes years (forever?) to master & it’s arguably the most pure form of comedy. Just so bizarre to see Viggo do this on BGT with such a large, mainstream audience responding so viscerally and have it translate to TV and KZread audiences too. I’m so curious to see what Viggo will do with this visibility. 🤓

I really want him to win. He’s so funny & unique. The last few years have been tough for us all but he really proves that there was light at the end of the tunnel. He should be in Las Vegas performing to the masses! Such a funny guy that I will never forget.

Don't underestimate the talent it takes to get this kind of connection and reaction from an audience and then go on to win the whole thing despite having no "message" or personal story to boost his chances. I just love him from the first audition.🤩 From what I see he was also a bit surprised he won, he came to BGT without many expectations and I think he never thought he will have such big impact on public. He's pure talent for improvising, adapting and involving judges and the public in his acts as if all is directed in details before the show. Congrats Viggo Venn! Simple, yet so fun. We need simple and apparently stupid things to make us laugh as Mr. Bean did.

I agree, it takes a lot of intelligence and skill to improvise on the spot, timing, and to make people properly laugh time and time again with essentially the same joke weaved into all his performances. He went to a clown school in Paris ,you can see how good his physical comedy and facial nuances are if you look closely

Still watching his x3 performances now, brilliant perfect winner fully deserved and no one was beating him the UK has spoken, we’re bored of the normal rubbish!!

Delightfully absurd, refreshing, joyous, unpredictable and yet he carried a theme all the way through. I love the way he skips in dancing, so light, joyful and carefree. I think he exuded something that we'd all like more of in our life. Many blessings to him.

The Monarch hasn't attended the Royal Variety Performance since 2012. The Royal Variety Charity website simply says, "in the presence of senior members of the Royal Family" so the King might well not be there.

Actually, Jon Courtney, the winner of BGT 2020 had a golden buzzer. There was a group golden buzzer in 2022 Chapel Hart (3 ladies from the South) and they sang "You Can Have Him Jolene".

What was so refreshing about this guy is that I really had no idea what he was going to do (beyond high vis vest "dancing"), but my whole family had a great laugh thanks to him.

Shame on u to accept viggo the useless perfomer as a winner. All his acts r only nonsense running around with music no uniqueness n not entertaining. Simon was right to buzz him in the audition. Judges n the people that voted viggo are useless. The magician boy and the dancer girl deserved to win.

Well deserved winner! Something very different than always just singers and dancers every year. It's not easy to come up with something original/unique and capture the whole Nation with laughs. He is joy to watch and deserves his own show as the modern day Mr Bean.
