Nice property. May I ask how much do u expect to pay for the house just basic structure foundation n framing Inc labor. I too wish to build my own house in Mindoro . Thanks

I forgot I wrote that comment 11 years ago. Thanks for your reply...better late than never! I am currently living not far from you to the west, in the NIR (Negros Island Region) of the Visayas. Bohol is a lovely place and I've been there several times. The people there are very friendly and Bohol is one of my favourite places in the Philippines.
