Great comparison. They definitely different rigs. Extended has lower cg. I’m sure it gets hung up slightly more though with trailing arms?? Almost like a road rig vs a off-road build?? Great job either way!!! 👍👍👍🍻🍻🍻✌️

Great driving skills and perfect review! I think the Trx4 is holding up good to be that top heavy as it is?

I love my Ecto, same motor but bigger pinion gear so it may give that Bronco a run. I've tried a bunch of different tires but I don't think I've tried those Canyons. I think other tires would perform better. Getting up on those bricks didn't surprise me. Ectos like to hop. That's what big motors are for. Great video and analysis.

Great video, no one really asked for that but when you run Bronco there is a high pitch noise (anoying one) i assume from ESC, while on Ecto it is quiet. Is it really laud on TRX-4 or just the recording cathes it so well ?

I just caught your video 8 months late.. lol I have to say the trx4 is a awesome trail rig by far. The Ecto is a crawler rig by far . Now with the right mods the TRX 4 kicks the ectos... It all in the set up and kick the Un-needed accessories into the garbage.. Ecto crawlerrr. And TRX4 scaler for the trails.. lol. Thanks for your help with the same thing I cant decide on which one to run the most. Trails or rocks. .lmao.

How fast is the TRX-4 Bronco stock on 2nd gear & with this setup?

Awesome video excellent run both rigs look great but definitely not comparing apples to apples. Very scale trail truck to a scale crawling machine. The performance from both is great in there terrain. Or that’s my opinion only mine I’m sure

In all honesty, the TRX4 Bronco's and Chevy Blazer are really Trail truck's. And keeping that rear 5th tire on the back of the Bronco did not help at all...TRX4 Sport now that's a Crawler. Love your Crawling course 👍

If you get the Redcat Ascent, can you do a comparo between the Element Ecto and Redcat Ascent?

Great video - do you realise that the Canyon Trails are a directional tyre?? Mounter correctly on the Bronco and backwards on the Ecto :)

Interesting comparison video, though neither one is stock. Besides the noted modifications, the Ecto wheels look different than stock. Are they weighted?

Thank you! they are not stock wheels on the ecto. They are rc lions stamped steel beadlocks. They are fairly heavy

Mount the battery on the front for the bronco

Since the bronco is a scale truck, you can take the spare wheel off so there’s less weight in the back, and if you need too put the battery in the front of the truck for more weight in the front to keep it from tipping

My ecto is way faster than that one! Mine outruns my buddies Traxxas TRX 4 sport. Mine you can't turn at even half speed it will flip, does donuts in the loose stuff and does proper stoppies. Not sure if maybe your battery was getting low but definitely a different ecto than the one I run. Good video tho. Props to your course!

I've got a TRX-4 and I'm really into the the trailing arm setup on the Ecto and thinking about building one from a Gatekeeper kit. Or maybe I'll go all-in and get a Capra. I can't decide.

The Element totally outclassed the TRX. The fact you had to point out the fact that the TRX was faster as a CRAWLER says it all. I know you have to say they're "even" for those future sponsorship dollas, but come on... They were in no way even! TRX couldn't even pass the first obstacle! I own a TRX and an E-Revo 2.0 so I have nothing against Traxxas.

So the only thing that the bronco is better at is its faster, Ok big deal these are crawlers not racers. the only thing this video showed me is that the bronco is not worth the money.
