2 green onion ( white parts)
2 lemon grass (white parts)
3 garlic cloves
30 gm kaffir lime leaf
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 honey
2 tsp potato starch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 chili flakes
2 tsp brown sugar
Marinade for 1 hour
