Vietnamese Chicken Liver Pate Recipe (Pâté)

Ingredients (divide these ingredients in half for a smaller batch):
- 1lb chicken liver
- 45 grams butter
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2-3 shallots
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
