Hi im holding a china passport and i've seen online that you need to pay 25usd for e visa,17usd for approval and another 25 usd for stamping??

Hello there, please note: • Possessing one of E-visa or VOA (with the letter) is sufficient for travel. • E-visa is the simplier option when there is a sufficient processing time. (5-7 working days) • Fee approval letters vary by agency and urgency with 25USD/person official visa stamped fee.

As long as you have a valid Vietnam visa, you can travel from anywhere to Vietnam.
