La semana santa, conocida también como la semana mayor en el mundo de cristianismo es una fecha especial en donde se lleva a cabo varias celebraciones. Está empieza con el domingo de ramos y termina con el domingo de pascua o domingo de resurrección. La procesión del Vía Crucis es la celebración más importante y la que reúne a un gran número de creyentes a celebrarla.
