@santu tunga Bhai maine bohot negative review dekhe amazon pe jisme aisa kehte hai ki "after 2 months it becomes noisy and it bends on one side" Also height adjustment isn't working

For tilting, the leaver needs to go outside and inside (left and right) very small push and pull it is

Sir the chair does not have separate tilt lock but it supports tilt mechanism which enables to move backward and locks upright at 90° position.

How to get the tilt mechanism, under the seat it's shown like loose and tight

The tilt mechanism under the seat is used to rock the chair. You have to pull it out to rock and pull it in to lock the chair. It can be locked at 90 degrees. The torsion knob under the seat can be rotated in the anti-clockwise direction for the smooth rocking movement and can do the opposite to roughen it.
