I hear this a lot. People saying that the bounty hunters should leave it to the law enforcement & professionals. I can see why, but it was not exactly their fault the shooting happened. The suspect had a gun. But none of this would have happened if they just never went inside right? Well they waited outside for over an hour to see if he would come out so they could apprehend him out there instead. Maybe they should have just never went inside & nobody would have died. What happened, happened. It didn’t go well, obviously, but what can you do about it now?

CC Sheriff’s Office Warrant Services they from outta state fool. You know to never role up on someone in Texas with a gun. Everybody has a gun down here. The dude didn’t know who they were and just saw a gun aimed at him. Plus, the law that was broken shouldn’t even be enforced. If both of those things weren’t there then this wouldn’t happen. However, you got every right in Texas to shoot if unlawfully arrested. It’s called self defense.

Why would they just bum rush him and then watching the guy with the gun just wrestle around him and his partner awkwardly, there was no chance. They both should have kept distance, told him to get on the ground, and when he reached blew him away. Their tactics got them killed. If even one of them would have kept distance and kept the gun in the guys face, it would have done better than to rush around him and make him lose sight of the gun, giving him courage to make a move. Just a bad deal all around and they are lucky it was only them 3 that got hurt/killed.

And this is why on the bail test, it’s best to be patient and learn fro a professional bounty hunter, it’s best to apprehend a suspect with the elements of surprise rather walking in a public zone, waiting hours or til night would’ve been best, and even then if he pulled a gun I wouldn’t take the risk of not getting paid because I had to shoot someone.. you should also probably take classes in medical to practice for an incident like this. (Brothers a bail enforcement.

As a dual licensed bondsman, these bounty hunters are pathetic. What I would have done. 1. Notify pd that you are there to serve a warrant. 2. Notify the manager that there is a fugitive inside with an outstanding warrant. 3. Have the manager "invite" the fugitive to sign papers in his office, away from everyone. 4. Make the arrest in private, and have pd there just in case you need assistance. I've done many, many hunts. None have resulted in shots fired or death. Almost been stabbed, but that was because one of me guys failed to search thourghly.

I dunno how many times I’m going to say this but, bail enforcement agents CAN go though training with local sheriffs, and they also HAVE to undergo an 8 hour fugitive course with the police now, don’t take two people who did their job wrong out on the whole agency.

@@mg5632 Nazis ? Nazis were racist and the Nazis were tyrannical A bounty hunter wouldn’t have that kind of power they don’t have the same power as police officers they can only arrest the people they’re hired to catch And even under the hands of a bounty hunter the suspect is innocent till proven guilty The Nazis would’ve never of given that privilege After the Nazis passed the enabling act in 1933 not too long after coming into power Which would give them the power to detain a person without charge or trial By the bounty Hunter just as much as a law enforcement officer Would give that suspect that he’s hired to catch to be innocent till proven guilty in a court of law Even one of the greatest bountyhunters in America had a great way of even changing the ways of some people he captured His name is Dog Chapman Dog Chapman used to be a criminal himself But he did change that and has been done good for his community now is a bounty hunter he’s even change the ways of many of them But the arrest that made him famous was in 2003 when he got that rapist Andrew Lester off the streets But then afterwards he became famous and arrested many others and his change the way of many of them as a result of certain arrests that he’s done All in all he’s arrested more than 10,000 fugitives in his 40+ year career alone But even so in some other places they’ve interviewed Dog Chapman On this matter and you can see the problem here is that those people were not wearing a bulletproof vest while he and his gang always wear a bulletproof vest before going off to catch the bad guy Because you know someone like him will likely do anything just to keep their freedom that it’s becoming more dangerous for both Bountyhunters and cops alike

David Whitfield under a judges order they can and will use deadly force, it varies in other states but yes, they can use deadly force if they feel their life or others are in danger, however, they were impatient and did their job very impatiently, guns are rarely used on bail jobs, but now an days luckily you have to under go training at a sheriffs office, or a class, for proper training.

David Whitfield the trainings system was added two years ago, this vid was before hand, but yeah I agree, They need to take way mor at cost here than the money for the fugitive, I believe bail agency should have prior background to law enforcement, or much more physical training put into it.
