Love the review! I pulled the trigger and got it as well. I'd love to see Lucky Cat do their other Megazords like the Thunder, Tiger, Turbo, Ninja, Falcon and Shogun. And they could follow the cube gimmick too. If they did, I'd definitely buy them all.

How do you assemble the clear boxes?

Honestly, this is my favorite interpretation of the MMPR Megazord. I just got mine and it is amazing how you can customize it into any configuration. It how I would expect the zords to be updated by Promethea in the Boom Comics like they did with the Dragonzord.

I hope they do the other zords as well like the ninja ones or the zeo, even the thunderzord one would look epic

Just like their Voltron, great individual zord, great combined megazord, and box modes that I don't care for. But overall a good figure. I'm surprised they decided to use the FlameToys version of the Megazord and not the original, not that it bothers me because I already have the SMP version that I like a lot too.

yeah the box mode is tacky at best... its cool but unessesary... but yes still very cool set!

Nice review! I can't wait for my copy to arrive. I have a small (and rather pedantic) correction (sorry). The model kit version is "Super MiniPla", not "GunPla". The "gun" part of gunpla is short for Gundam. Since the Megazord is not a Gundam its model is not a gunpla.

yeah i knew about mini-pla and gunpla... its just while filming i totally blanked out and the onlything icame out with it gunpla LOL but i think i do say mini-play once or twice... but then use gunpla again after lol... stupid brain! :D

They gave me an extra set of cannons for the red zord but I never got the three cannon thing for the black zord. Great figure but upset I’m missing pieces

this and dr wu figs are what im collecting now, i got this one in the mail. gonna get a bunch of micromachine cars lol

you can take the Side Skirt Up so it cover the side of stomach area, it will be perfect megazord now

What would you say the quality of this megazord is? Sinse you state several times its heavy I guess it gotta be quite sturdy and good quality aswell? If you wanna compare it to the older hashbro megazords? Wich I've heard are cheap holey plastic? Take care pal and keep up the good job! ❤

unfortunately i dont have the hasbro megazord... but the plastic quality is quite amazing, super solid, very hefty, some metal parts...

This is probably a dumb question but how do you put the boxes together?No instructions cam with it and I feel dumb as heck right now lol

its super easy to do but kinda hard to explain lol just uses the sticks and encircle the square pannels with them... do this for 2 pannels, then put sticks on top and bottom of 2 other panels... add them to each side of a previously encircles pannel with sticks... then add the other side with 2 sticks to it... and finally ad the final 2 pannels to the 2 sides that doesnt have pannels... thats it ;) there's no real bad way to assemble them, they all interlock... a peg and a hole... Good luck

@Tef Tef This is going to be a weird request, but is it possible for you to scan or take a picture of those instructions and send them to me? I just got the figure on August 19th and they didn't include the instructions for me... I'm completely lost on how I properly transform the zords lol

i do have the minipla dragonzord... it does combine with the minipla megazord but not the luckycat... minipla is bigger and wider so it doesnt fit properly on the lucky cat

Watch that wrist. Mine broke out of box.

i dont have the instructions sorry, but in the comments below someone asked for the same thing and apparently, scanning the QR Code will provide with a video that shows how to do it. but i didnt checked.
