You are very welcome! Thank you for requesting the tutorial video and supporting it!
This is helpful. I pre ordered the a6700 which uses the same sensor as the FX30. You have a good workflow for the process and I’m glad it works for you. Thank you!!

You are first person on YT who i watch shooting in 1080p and honestly, your footage looks more natural than others including mine in 4k, im gonna try 1080 and ill check how it will looks like, and ofc i like those greenish shadows, gonna try color grade this way next time, thank you for explanation
Thanks again Henry this is a great explanation of your colour grading process. I am definitely going to try your method. Thanks Glenn

Hi Henry Media Group! Thank you so much for all that you do. This video is amazing! I have been a subscriber of your channel since the beginning and just wanted to say your content has been an incredible resource for anyone learning to become a better filmmaker. Quick side note, my camera gear was the same as yours up until recently lol. BMPCC4K with your awesome rig solutions. Then to the A7IV. I pretty much base my gear off of your videos because you always talk about the most important and not so talked about topics for film gear. I just wanted to thank you again for all that you do. :)

@@henrymediagroup Yay!! So awesome and will do! :D I wanted to quickly mention Davinci Wide Color Gamut. You probably already know this, but if you add a CST node in the beginning and one at the end of the node tree. You can conform your footage to Davinci Wide Color space which has a much larger color range. More than ACES and way more than REC709. This allows you to work in Davinci Wide and output to REC709 for export. You can grade your footage more aggressively since the color space is larger. It works really well with SLog 10bit 4:2:2 footage.

Thank you for supporting the video!
Great content! Thanks! Quick question: I get that Davinci Resolve Studio can work with the 10 bit files, but do you need a 10 bit monitor for it to be able to see it or a regular 8 bit monitor will do? Thanks!
How much expose +2 or +1 while using slog 3
Hey what monitor do you use?
You said at 2:30 that S-Log 3 in 8 bit is maybe not the good choice ? Why? you say that for the noise ? My fx30 makes a lot of noise, it’s because I’m in 8bit ? I need to buy a CF express card ? Thanks !

You can record in 10bit with SD. just get sd card v60+. All intra is v90+
I have the fx30 too and I shoot in the codec XACV S 10 bit, and I can't edit on the free version of resolve do you have any tips on how I can get around this?

But the studio. You can't edit 10 bit with the free version.
