Well, conspiracy theories aside, I know that in some states recently arrived immigrants can be given the right to vote. But if you look at it, those states are usually solid blue states. They're already lost. Now, because the electoral college works in such a way, winning more votes in a state doesn't give more delegates once you have the majority. What do you mean? It’s the first one in most of a year and it’s the NATO 75th anniversary conference, in DC. It would be weird for the Secretary of State, defence secretary and National Security Advisor were *not* there. And of course his press secretary will be at a presser.

He recovered well from the Putin remark, almost instantly and with no prompting. It showed a quick wit and ability to adapt. Masterful!! Also the whispering was beautifully dramatic and a signature Biden move. Even Republicans have to agree that when it comes to charisma there is no match for Biden.
