Not only is it real, there is plenty of proof. The landing tracks can be seen in construction pictures. The lines where the roof opens up, matches in unrelated pictures. The 7th floor remains empty at all times, but they call it a reception area.. Yes it's real.

@soumiljain8119 Plasma jet flying cars are real to. They have been around since the 80s. Hoverboards have been hidden from us back to the future. None of this could be early A.I.. No that's not a more plausible answer. Oh and the IronMan suits are are being hidden from us. Of course they wouldn't want the military to have those. Even though one suit could probably end an entire war. I guess Thors hammer will just have to do. Maybe when they release time machines to the public, they can go back and fix it

Total fake. I drove by during all the years 2018-2021 during which it was built. Saw the structure and its skin welded piece by piece. Just another proof that anything can be sold to gullible audiences for as long as it is in a video.
