@@mystireon early on after Nami joins the crew they create an area for her to plant some tangerine trees both to remind her of home (which had an abundance of them due to her adoptive mother) and a remembrance to her adoptive mother Bellemere.

Bell-mère would die due to some villains from the first saga called the arlong pirates and to avoid the enslavement of her people to fish men she would sell herself into his work until she could buy be homes freedom, hiding the cash under the tangerine Grove and using her old home as a occasional base of operation

Enter the Gungeon has a lot of items and guns that are direct parodies of things from other video games. Not everything is based on another game, and some are deep cuts. For 1 example without giving away too many, the Klobbe (the worst gun in the game) is a reference to Golden Eye 007's Klobb gun, which is considered one of the worst guns to ever be put in an first person shooter. There is also a synergy buff in the game called 'No Odd Job' which is a reference to the 007's multiplayer mode, where Oddjob was considered the best character which people never played, since he was shorter and the game's auto game pointed above his head.

The bean room is more likely a reference to the bean meme. The bean meme consisted of people putting baked beans into things like clocks or drawers. But I could be wrong😊

Considering the weapon inventory is called the "Ammo-nomicon" which is a direct reference to The Evil Dead's necronomicon, I'd say, yeah, Enter the Gungeon probably has a ton of film/game references for most weapons.

5:04 Half right. The hat itself is a reference to Luffy, however the three swords are a reference to the first member he recruits to the Strawhats, Zoro, who uses three swords in battle. The tangerines are a reference to the Navigator and second person recruited (technically, it can be argued she's the fourth recruited and just the second Luffy met), Nami, who grew tangerines at her home and has an attachment to them.

There's about 300+ Easter eggs in gungeon if Easter eggs are references to other franchises etc or there's 20 ISH if it's hidden things within the game that references other franchises etc. I guess it's how you define an Easter eggs that makes the difference here.

in the second scene there's also a Bioshock reference on the water tower. Also, i feel like those pigeons on the fence, the volcano (or is it an ant hill?) in the bulldozer, and the man in the window from the first scene are references to something, i just don't know what

at 0:40 you missed an easter egg in Enter The Gungeon, the mask on the wall behind the shopkeeper is the mask that Hoji wears in Shadow Warrior (2013)

The amount of one piece Easter eggs in this video is incredible

There are a bunch of small details in ETG, but one I saw just recently involved the D-Pad gun. When you reload, you can see your player character manually input the Konami code; there are also guns based on Mega Man (the Mega Hand) as just another example. There are quite a few things to find, and the Clown Mask is far from the last thing.

i would say a solid 95% of items and guns in enter the gungeon are a reference to something there is the nanomachines item with the description "son" which is clearly a reference to metal gear rising revengeance or the klobb which is a reference to golden eye 007 on the N64 where the klobbe is the worst weapon in the game

Here's some hidden dialogues from GTA San Andreas, during the mission 'Freefall' as soon as u get inside the hitman's jet if you hide/take cover long enough they will have several funny lines to say.

With Enter the Gungeon, a lot of guns reference guns from other games and films. For example, there's a gun called "Grasschopper" which is a reference to the Noisy Cricket from Men in Black or Big Shooty Gun (BSG) which is a reference to the BFG form Doom.

Enter the Gungeon is chock full of references, but if I had to point 1 out it would be the boss fights. Such as fighting a Metal Gear, Sarah Connor, Dark King Cannon. The Rat fight even ends in a Punch Out minigame.

Pet memorials in video games are a recurring easter egg I never want to stop. RIP Jasper, Good cat.

One of my favorite Gungeon Easter eggs is the Flash gun with the description being “ah Ahhh” like the Queen song.

The clapping in Talos 2 is a reference to diving competitions. I mean you did hit the little pool of water with a perfect jump after all. :3

In Enter the Gungeon, as you play you unlock more items and weapons, some are good, some are bad, some are just plain weird and some are oddly familiar The dallas mask isnt the only PayDay 2 item in the game as you can find the whole set which includes the whole gang with each piece, this was done as a crossover where in PayDay 2, theres several statues you have to find throughout the game and when you find them all, you unlock 2 ETG themed masks

I got one for you! In Helldivers 2, you got find a planet named Klen Dahth II. It’s a reference to Klendathu, which is a planet from Starship Troopers. The planet it’s just up and to the right of Super Earth!

Unturned is great for easter eggs. There are a couple more that are quite grand in nature. Search up MK2 Unturned easter egg, or the unturned light house ghost! Great stuff, and nice video!

i really like the hanging camera by the web and i am suprised why it's not more common easteregg, it's very cool detail that many devs could easly hang in such places players just don't think to look at, instead of shoving red baloon into each sewer grate

5:14 The hat is for Luffy, the three swords are for Zoro and the oranges are for Nami. They are all from one piece and they are the first 3 straw hat pirates.

5:14 the fruit, is likely a reference to the devil fruit that Luffy eats in One piece that gives him hi strange stretching ability, but the dev likely couldnt make an asset to look like the actual fruit and just used a generic fruit model instead ^^

3:11 all the references I see are Pennywise's ballons from It coming out of the sewer, claptrap, Aladdin's genie lamp, batman's logo on the boarded up window, the N64 in the trash, and ASWD being how many PC games map movement on keyboard and mouse configs. There's also a very well camouflaged recycling bin next to the trash can on the left. I don't get the guy in the window, but it's creepy af Edit: I didn't realize there was more than one screenshot to do this with. On the 2nd screen, the only one I recognize is Bioshock's billboard telling us to evolve today on the water tower, the Slenderman warning posters on the right side fence, and Donkey Kong on the upper left corner. I don't get the Legos in the pile of bricks in the lower left corner, nor do I get the waterside in the upper middle of the screen, nor do I understand the two red jewels (one on the vehicle to the left of the lego bricks as a hood ornament on the truck holding rubble and the other in the left-middle of the screen as a hood ornament on the construction plow).

The fruits on the table in Mr. Hopps are either Sanji causes he uses orange juice in his cooking or Nami cause of tangerines

Ok so what I found in "The wardrobe" SCENE 1: -Batman symbol on the right side of the house -claptrap from borderlands -Game cube -Magic lamp from Aladdin -Too fast for you in the license plate by Triple-Q -balloons on the sewer, although the color is yellow, I'm pretty sure is a reference to Pennywise from IT -This is farfetched, but the lawnmowers color kinda resembles Lightning Mcqueen SCENE 2: -Ralph from Wreck it Ralph behind the "scene 2" -"Incinerate evolve today!" is from Bioshock -Slender man papers on the right fence -Spider-man's camera hanging on the top right -Lego bricks on the bottom left

Scene 1: By the trash there is the magic lamp from Aladdin, Claptrap from borderlands, and a Nintendo Game Cube. On the side of the house you can see a Batman symbol. You can see two balloons floating out of the drain which is a reference to IT. Finally, the moving trucks license plate says “2f4st4u” or Too fast for you. Scene 2: On the fence there are papers that come from Slender man: The 8 pages. In the pile of bricks in the bottom left you can see Lego bricks mixed in with them. In the top left sitting with some construction men you can see Wreck It Ralph. In the top right you can see Spider-Mans web with his camera stuck to the web. Finally, I think the water tower with a little match on it is a reference to Little Inferno, but I may be mistaken. That’s all the references I found but if there are more please let me know :)

at 3:23 I like how the literal batbox has the batman logo to be honest in scene 1. And in scene 2 I like the spiderman web holding the camera on the diving board on the roof.

The first sceen, there is a claptrap, a gamecube, and a lamp at the trashcans, next is the batman logo on the side of the house, the licenses plate is a sonic. The second scene has slenderman pages, spidermans camera, the water tower has bioshock on it, ralph from wreak it ralph is on the construction site, and the are some legos in the pile of dirt but I don't know what they could reference to.

Just playing the Vaas DLC for Far Cry 6 and I don't know if he got that already, but in a sequence, where you jumped into a hole and walk in the hotel he makes a reference to P.T. He says he remembers the trailer with the floor that changes and wonders what happened to this😅

A lot of the ending for the charecters of enter the Gungeon are references from Zelda to Alien, Frankenstein, there is a Tetris gun and many MANY more Easter eggs in the game.

5:05 the tangerines are a reference to Nami, the 3 crew member that appeared on the show (though officially joined later). The reason for the tangerines are to remind her of home where her late adopted mother grew tangerines for a living but also Nami is very.... what's the term... "money hungry" ? Very attracted to money and in japan they symbolize prosperity or something along those lines

If you were to get the Mask, mentioned at the beginning of video, and then get an item called Loot Bag, there is MORE to that "EE"

I commented something like this in one of your last easter eggs videos, but, if you haven't already tried dead cells, you really do need to try it, because it has lots of easter eggs from other indie games, like hotline miami, hollow knight and terraria

Just a few things people seemed to have missed in the comments from scene 1 & 2: the people in the window in scene 1 (no idea what it is but surely it has to be something), the two men in scene 2 on the girder are a reference to the famous photo "Lunch Atop a Skyscraper" and also in scene 2 the infamous builder's bum on the lower left builder (might not be an easter egg as such but still a funny addition to the game)

Been playing Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden recently, as it released just last month and although the game mechanics can be a tad clunky, I've enjoyed it so far. The story is really good, voice acting is great, but animations can look a little stiff at times. However, I haven't noticed many easter eggs or mindblowing details just yet, but when you reach Fort Jericho, to the left there's some sort of loft and on the top floor, you can find a journal titled War Never Changes, which I took as a reference to the Fallout series. There probably are other easter eggs, I just either haven't noticed any or have yet to discover them.
