From what I collected from other stays, is that everything was planned. They split into 2 groups one watches over the other. They planned on getting caught and finding the potion or chemical thing in the tube. Once the found they were able to burn down that place that was owned by the other group. But it turns out that I.N. was the leader of the rival group or the people in white. He was the leader of the other group but undercover as a Stray Kids member. And I think that Stray Kids were out looking for the leader but they couldn't find him, based on what the newspaper said. (I'm not sure if I missed anything)...

Yup! I found the newspaper translations on Twitter. That's the only time I got to understand the story flow.😁 But even if I didn't understand the newspaper headlines, I still thought the MV was amazing.

I think I.N(leader of the other gang) was their spy though that's why he was never caught, and it's was all part of their plan

So, about the newspaper, it's said that the BOSS of the mafia that we saw earlier is disappear. the boss looks 20s with black hair and he love to play gun. So basically stray kids is the police one and despite having a clean case, the boss went gone and puff the boss is the one you saw at the last scene handing a gun towards you

Well, about what the newspaper said in the end, if you translate it they give information about the boss. It literally describes jeongin. If you don't know who jeongin is, he's the member that showed up with the gun in the end. In conclusion, he was secretly the boss

Tbh it's a very long story (started about four years ago). But I'll give it short. In essence the guys in white are a 'super power', while skz is now also one. So yes the illogical parts make sense. Both groups can do whatever you could imagine. Skz has been on the run from the white group since the beginning, gathering power. This mv shows them fighting in multiple layers. And at the end burning their bridges. But the last scene with I.N shows they're infiltrated. Because of the newspaper information that describes 'the boss', which matches him. For Stay who actually know the whole story: the guys in white are agents of the facility skz fled in district 9. The distortions in the mv are throwback to earlier effects in mvs where the facility still had power of skz. This mv now also answers the old question of 'which I.N is this?'

I always enjoy his SKZ reactions every time.. He's so entertaining,.he always cracked me up

There is some anti-gravity supernatural theme going on as we can see in the teasers of maniac. also the bullets symbolizes the lyrics it's about how you can't beat yourself and you're the one who keeps you down and you can't help it.

You got me thinkin' when you said "that's a weakness in the story, I don't understand how they got captured", I rembered the time I had to draw a comic for school, my anime character studied so hard and lived an adventure and learnt a lot, but at the end of the story, my characther, which was me, got an "F", my teacher was like "you got the topic right, why did you make yourself get an F?" and I was just like.. I tried to represent that I hated to study, the process itself. I guess Skz are trying to say something hidden like that. Everyone loved my drawing skills but not the end of the story, they didn't get it haha.

We love this. We love the nerdy bits too for us noobs in video editing. Yay SKZ

The paper says at the end when Jeojgin picks it up (he is the youngest) newspaper: "where are the whereabouts of the boss!" - calculated to be man in early 20s - black parted hair - wearing black suit - high possibility of possessing a gun Also, SINCE NOW WE DRAGGED YOU TO THE DARK SIDE (I am a stay) COUDLN’T WAIT FOR YOU BABY STAY TO FREAKOUT ABOUT THE NEXT BOP. 🥺❤️ If you ever would like to go back, there are a few of their video I think you’d love to see and react to, compared to things like “Oh” which is one of the most beautiful love song but with a “daily life” video. Haha, your breakdown of the plot and subsequent plot-holes is pretty funny. I imagine that the reason they show all of the gun shots missing and the antagonist gang members disappearing is because it's a mv that's geared towards a wide age range. The violence is made implicit rather than explicit and the visual theme and composition of the shots is more important than the fluidity and rationality of the story. It also may be based on a cultural difference since South Korea has a strict policy on guns.

You should check out their trailers for their albums! They are literally mini movies. It's insane!

Every time a STRAY KIDS M/V releases , I always look forward to your video about it.

What I have enjoyed more is that whenever there's a new MV from K-pop,I always watch Jordan and Knox Hill. Jordan for his opinion about transitions/effects, jokes, and dance therapy 🤣 and Knox Hill for his opinion about lyrics/messages they transmit to us and how he detects beats that we barely pay attention until he let us know. jordan!!!!!!!! i’m loving these new little edits in the vid. like how you did a shake right after describing what a shake is. idk maybe just me but i like how you described it as the craziest thing ever and then just popped it onto the screen like nothing lol.

I think that the two parts of Skz we saw at the beginning were actually working together - one group goes to spy while the other does info work. When they saw CHHF (Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix) in trouble, shooting other ppl, the 2nd group, BLSJ (Bang chan, Lee know, Seungmin, Jeongin), went over to help them. But secretly, Jeongin orchestrated the whole thing.

if you think their mv's are insane you should see the trailers, they're like mini movies and explain the theories a lot!!

Every video has a reason. They created a universe (multiverse), so every video has something to do with that, and we still don't quite figure it all out. However, everything from the videos could decipher a lot of things, or who took them there, who is controlling them, who might know the way out.

rewatching this, i think the basic layout(of this mv, ignoring its place in the 'skz universe timeline') is something like this: one half of the team stays back in the warehouse, watching the deal going on (which is where the other four are). it's most likely something to do with the chemicals/sciencey stuff that's in the newspaper. there's a deal going on, most likely over the stuff in the vials. something happens(probably the scene where hyunjin turns the russian roulette gun on the other half of the table-- it may have been a signal of some kind, because at that point the ones in the warehouse begin to prepare to leave), and there's the shooting scene. when the four in the warehouse leave and they're all captured, it's most likely planned. they purposefully let themselves get caught to infiltrate the enemy base(i saw a theory somewhere that the order of this storyline is freeze -> venom -> maniac -> lonely st. one of the opening lyrics in venom is 'i let myself get trapped on purpose'). they break free, obtain whatever it is they're looking for in the vials, and take their leave. (these are my thoughts on what happened in the mv! nothing official)

I love your reactions, as a video editor (not on your level obviously) I realized by watching you that I have no business going the "video editor reacts" route because I don't have the technical knowledge and that educational sense that you do for explaining EXACTLY how everything is done, maybe it's because I was self-thought, so I can put an edit for a client, but if they asked me to explain how I did it I wouldn't be able to explain it on a technical level, if that makes any sense. But you were literally the first person I saw react to KPOP when I started my channel and I've been a fan ever since, plus your personality makes these videos some of the most fun reactions I've ever seen!

Literally every reaction to freeze: how are they missing all of those shots

- Half of them are meeting with the Iceberg Syndicate (basically a mafia-esque gang) who've been flooding the country with "devil's potion." - The other half of them are on overwatch during the meeting. - Han steals that lighter because he knows what's coming and knows he might need it for what's coming, because... - ... then they all get themselves captured -- which is part of their entire plan. It's not incompetence; it's deliberate. (Also, while we all jokingly made fun of them for being terrible shots, really if you pay attention to the scene, you'll see that in addition to the bullets hitting each other, there's shard-like detritus flying everywhere. This is suspected to be an indicator that, in line with their lore, they're using their powers to protect themselves and/or they're the alternative version of SKZ [there are parallel timelines and two versions of the group that make appearances in videos] and are thus being protected by the dimensional barrier.) - In other words, no, the shooting-and-capture scenes aren't a weakness in the plot. They _ARE_ the plot. You just hadn't watched all the way through when you made that assumption. - They got themselves captured because they wanted to get taken to the HQ/warehouse of the syndicate so they could take out the operation. Notice no one was panicking or even worried when they were tied up. They were right where they wanted to be. - Next step: destroy the warehouse/stockpile/operation/whatever. - Ending scene with Hyunjin reading the updated newspaper that details all of this, as well as describes the still-missing leader of the syndicate and the manhunt in progress. - And then I.N saunters up to the table, uses the gun to make a visual reference to his boss-level swagger in "Maknae on Top," and ends things...as he stands right next to the newspaper that describes him to a T. Because the twist of the plot is that SKZ's own maknae is the kingpin of the syndicate. No, that scene inside the warehouse isn't a flashback. It's completely sequential with the rest of the story. SKZ uses the TV-screen/surveillance filter all the time; just like the frequent glitch effect, it's part of their overarching lore. And in this specific instance, it's tied into the fact that they're "prisoners" in this warehouse belonging to a criminal organization that has a security system monitoring their operation and thus the prisoners who've escaped and are about to destroy everything. They're in a warehouse; they didn't run out of locations and have to shoot in the three feet between a couple of tables. They released themselves and stood up, then rapped where they were to show they'd freed themselves from being prisoners and are now flexing about it before spinning the camera to show the giant warehouse and walking into those depths to wreak havoc on the criminal organization they were there to destroy.

It personally seems to me as though the capturing was intentional. Han stole the lighter and slid it up his sleeve as the boys were exchanging the finished product that they were making in GODS MENU ( ‘cookin like a chef i’m a five star la la la ) which some stays have graciously translated the newspaper as saying the news ( apparently ) announces how the product was fake. after bangchan reads the news it seems like the boys are processing this factor. a fight breaks out BECAUSE the product is fake, they were obviously planning this ahead of time. there was no intention on it being REAL. han is anticipating getting tied up therefore taking the lighter for insurance - safety. however i suppose they were either intentionally getting taken or they didn’t prepare enough bullets, guns, etc. the product is flammable, their intentions in the first place must’ve been capturing or killing the men in white and destroying the thing that lured them out. even if it means destroying all their hardwork! at least it is how i interpret it. a lot of stays have been thinking that the jeongin you’re seeing is his clone - the venom and freeze has supported this speculation with his various interactions with the members in venom and the ending of freeze. he’s also never seen outside of the lab, which is weird. they believe sometime along the timeline, the real jeongin was replaced with the clone.

LMAO!!!! I have seen this MV so many times but just now I saw what looked like a piece of cat hair on his coat 0:15 --- remarked to myself it as an oops, then connected that it was Lee Know! Still probably an accident, but cat hair on Lee Know's coat! That's too perfect. So subtle but maybe they did do it on purpose. Hahahaha!
