Hard to believe this was an amateur fight - incredible!! The skills and heart on show 👌 Both warriors ❤. Only thing amateur was the commentator 😅

Seems incredibly unprofessional to have commentary like this. Great fight from both, good showing but Lynch-Spence was ahead at all times so to have the comments constantly for Connor just seemed bizarre and out of touch.

Shouldn’t have a commentator on who’s teammates with on of the fighters in my opinion just makes its too biased especially when the teammate is losing and he’s making it seem he’s in control

The Judges are impartial and its only their opinion that matters in the end. We use these events to give people the opportunity to try something new and get experience. It is only a local event

You're a 'good judge sir, and you didn't over dramatise or hyperinflate any sections of your personal "projections". You basically expressed what you witnessed...truthfully. Thankyou. " best amature "Fight", ever"

Great fight, Charlie is an exceptionally good fighter (congratulations). Callum brought the best out in him, and made the fight what it was... a classic. Charlie showed respect and gratitude for a top level opponent who had the crowd on their feet... even the home crowd, (Leeds), showed their appreciation for the tenacious, durable and honourable loser. But there's always an exception to the rule... Charlie's father who ignored the fact that it took two young athletes to produce a top level contest, put on a great show, create a brilliant atmosphere, and what was considered by everyone in attendance "the fight of the night" Obviously both fighters were spent at the end of the bout, and corner men exchanged respectful gestures. But Charlie's father wanted to act out his own immaturity, ignorance, and obviously egoistic display. (" show humility and you'll never become a fallen idol").

@@mmaleeds No trolling you mate... we moved on straight after the fight... and why keep replying to comments that didn't directly reference you?. I like to challenge inaccurate comments or inconsistencies.... it's an open forum... it's not a private site.... that's what debate and rhetoric is about. If you don't like what your hearing, opposed to 'what you should be hearing'... then don't read the messages. And no bitterness on my part... I'm quite an evolved person, like I previously stated... a great fight and a worthy winner, (and presents himself well, respectful and humble). I just needed to let you know... it was your son's day, it was about him!... not your personal 'bitterness' or sillyness that you projected at the end of such brilliant event. So don't worry Paul... I will move on, ( nothing to do with the fight... it was a classic!). But sometimes things need to be said. "Take care"

‘Charlies father wanted to act out his own immaturity, ignorance and egotistical display’ I’d say this directly references me. You say you like to challenge innacurate comments & inconsistencies…I haven’t seen one on any of these sites it it seems your agenda is to convince yourself (after a few beers) that it was closer than it actually was. It was ‘our’ day, we are a team and we’ve been on this grind for 15 years…together!! So let us have our day without your bitching 😢

@@mmaleeds Firstly let me say... there's always areas of inconsistencies and inaccuracies, if it doesn't fit with someone's narrative and 'confirmation bias. Maybe you read many of those comments "after a "few beers yourself', ( yes let's not be " bitchy"),' and failed to grasp the 'concept' of the 'posts' There's nothing condescending about my texts regarding Charlie's 'deserved' victory, and his impeccable humility and sportsmanship after the fight, ( and I'll reiterate what I previously posted... a brilliant fighter, and i wish Charlie all the very best for the future). 'There's no 'histrionics' in my comments at any time, my views and thoughts have been respectful and honest, (subjective). And regarding your 'team', once again they were respectful and appriciatve of a 'classic contest' between two 'young lads'.and acknowledged this fact. But like, ( again), I'll reiterate... it was just one individual... I don't need to go into detail, if that's how that person wants to represent the team. So I'm very much in agreement 'enjoy your day', Charlie is a good kid, and if I was anywhere near... I would shake his hand... and maybe "have a few beers"..

The commentator regardless of opinions on the fight itself, ( you read the fight as you see it... it's subjective for some, and "objective" for others, made two relevant, ( in my opinion ), and thought provoking comments... " There was no loosers in this fight... and don't let what's going on with Charlie's corner, take anything away from Charlie's victory". (There's no 'bias' in those statements,). And there's no doubt, (subjective), Charlie was 'the better man on the night,'. It was Charlie's night... ( exceptionally good fighter, gracious in victory, and respectful and honourable, to his tenacious and durable opponent who likewise expressed, (in his speech), his appreciation for a brilliant opponent, and for all those in attendance, ( the Leeds section of the crowd also acknowledged this in their appreciation of a brilliant fight),

@@johnconnor961 I don’t disagree. However, the commentator, as he relayed in the commentary, was a training partner/team mate of Callum - that was always going to create a bias. I trained under Paul for many years - my comment was about the commentary, nothing else. Awesome fight.
