UberEpicGirl They’re not though, their CMO is. They had a trans model, Valentina Sampaio, attend their fashion show castings before their CMO Ed Razek made those comments. 1 person, not the whole company. They actually put out an apology for his comments so VS as a brand is not transphobic. They have also donated $100K to non-profit organizations that support LGBTQ+ community for pride month.

UberEpicGirl Agreed. What’s also unfortunate is the CEO of VS’s parent company I believe is quite good friends with Ed so it’s unlikely that he’ll take a step back any time soon. It’s a real shame, the brand could still be thriving like it was in the past if they adapted with the times but all these old men running the company won’t make the necessary changes. 😔
