That's actually the best tho, I remember there was a time I get tired early so I sleep early and get like 8-9 hours and my skin literally has zero acne and is glowing. But damn it's easier said than done now I'm back to sleeping at 5 or 6 am with 7am classes now my face is back to lookin like an asphalt street
