@@megaqueen4688 you are exactly right - back in the day when I used to actually want to be a singer I was advised that groups like *NSYNC and Destiny’s Child, and even Usher run and sang at the same time that is why they’re able to sing and dance at the same time it’s the building of the endurance. I used to sing while on the treadmill and it indeed helped. After researching Victoria more, I see that she did mention that she works out and sing.

Got the dancing and breath control on point. Overall stage presence is badass. The band, dancers and backup singers all Fly

They don't really let people scream during live performances on shows because it messes with the sound of the recording. And there are some times where they lower the sound of the crowd before they upload the video. Remember sound engineers exist and tweak things before they go up on a platform.
