such a healing song. an inspirational moment between music makers and listeners. i went to school for songwriting and composition, and i haven’t written for a long long time. this has made me download my notation software . i don’t know if your arm is from birth, but in 2011 i cut 4 of my fingers in a tablesaw and my degree is with guitar performance. the change in identity was profound and there was definitely a withdrawal from spirituality and have been afraid of hope itself. the sunday after, i lead music in a small progressive mennonite church one handed at the piano or acapella. i’ve recently gone through some horrific life changes, but as khalil gibran puts it: “is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives?” peace be with you, ms canal.

Did I think there could be a better iteration than the first two videos? I was wrong. The subtle right hand note changes at 1:26 and the vocal intensity added from 3:12 on, not to mention the instruments and vocalists had me in tears. Victoria keep up the excellent work
