Flexibility is huge for ballers to help avoid certain injuries. My HS coach made us do a lot of shit in our workouts, but we always started and ended with stretching/flexibility workouts.

    1. He did judo and football. His warm ups and training on both sports help his flexibility, strength and even reaction time. 2. His mother was a former basketball player, and now a coach. She knows basketball injuries. 3. His father was a track athlete. He taught him about strengthening his lower extremities, which also helps his speed. Basically, he has a uniquely perfect foundation. The 2 only issues he will have are the natural wear and tear of his limbs, and his torso.
