I’m 65 and I always remember my mom and grandma using Vicks. I used this in a vaporizer when my children were young, now they use it, I always have it in my cabinet…..no need for swallowing a pill….this is the best! All natural! Thanks again Doc….we are on the same page! Have a blessed day!

Same here lol… 68. My mom used to rub it on my chest, and I had a lot of bronchial pneumonia… She would make a tent out of a lampshade, and I would have to stick my head under there with a vaporizer and Vicks VapoRub🤣

As powerful: use eucalyptus oil with castor oil or another carrier oil. I use to love vicks as a kid, but the petroleum and turpentine oil are red flag ingredients I don't want to rub into my skin

​@Wooburnmusic it blends into your skin I've never had any "stickiness" from it. Blend it into your skin you'll see..it's very good for many things besides coughs and flu.

I love that this dr actually cares enough to give u natural ways to heal & restore instead of pushing the pharmaceutical company’s agenda! I’m All for meds when they are absolutely needed but if it can be remedied naturally…,go that route first! Love that the doc gives us other options to a naturally healthy life!

Hey Doc I just wanted to let you know about how you helped me. I had a panic attack about 2 weeks ago and it was severe. It was due to some adulterated supplements I had taken for 2 days at that point. Well, I had no idea what was happening and it was horrible. But then the feeling of anxiety wouldn't go away and I couldn't even sleep. I was getting really worried about my mental health and fear started taking over leading to more panic attacks. Well I figured out it was the supplements and stopped taking them but the fear and anxiety was still there and I still couldn't sleep. Then I finally reasoned out that my nervous system was turned on to fight/flight constantly and started watching some vids to learn about it. Then I found your vids on tapping the karate chop points and face and chest points etc and the thumb squeeze method. It was like flipping a light switch. I can't thank you enough and am spreading your vids to people in need. Thank you!!!!!!!

Regardless of the directions & who knows what the directions read 50 years ago, my grandfather would absolutely put this up his nostrils! He said it worked everytime 😊

My 98yr old Uncle recommended using Vicks on my diabetic (neuropathy) feet. I thought he was out of his mind…it works!

Vicks rocks. Put a small layer between your eyebrows, on each side of your nose between your nose and cheekbones and also a dose on your neck on each side of your throat. Works wonders.

My grandmother was born three years after Vicks was invented. Have no idea when she “discovered” it, but Vicks was a must-have in her medicine cabinet. Sore throat? She’d rub Vicks on soles and put on a pair of clean crew socks (not thin socks). Did wonders for many decades in our household, and still does now for HER great great grandchildren! : )

I put it on my pimple..next morning it starts to heal, swelling down..and no more pimple pain. Also elbow ache? Carpal tunnel pain, i also put it on my abdomen at night and my stomache feels less puffy.

I been using this since 4 decades and I love it. I remember being in medical school was giving a small bottle to put under my nose 👃 boy it truly works from hospital smells. Thank god

My pediatrician told mom to rub vicks just above the upper lip to help open the nasal passages, and it worked. She also rubbed it on our chest when we had congestion in our lungs. I have always sworn by vicks vaporub.

I've heard that some people also put Vicks on the soles of their feet, the feet being the root of the body. But it did help me through a recent chest infection. Was just a bit annoyed that I couldn't speak to my Doctor by phone at the time. They told me she was fully booked up with other patients home phone calls for a whole month. What is everyone going down with? I think I already know.

I make my own by using castor oil, camphor essential oil and peppermint. It works for absolutely everything from congestion to planters fasciitis. It really does no joke.

We used Vicks in our home too but when my chest was really filled up my grandmother would make a mustard poultice for my chest and that worked well too.

I have sleep apnea and use a clap machine each night and I'am very THANKFUL🙏 for it! But, I'am also claustrophobic so it makes it difficult especially during the hot months. It helps to put a dab just outside of my 👃 nose! My family growing up used it when ever we were ill during cold and flu season. I used it for my children as well! L💝VE, l💝ve IT!!!

I have been using your Vicks remedy since I saw your video a while back My bursitis/tendinitis is relieved when I rub the Vicks on my arm/shoulder affected area I’m able to go back to sleep for a few hours My headaches are also relieved when I use it on my temples Also thanks for the suggestion of under the nose, chest and green or ginger tea. Eucalyptus oil drops in boiling water, w/ your over the head covering works wonders. As does oregano oil in boiling water to inhale. 🙏🏼👍❤️

Vicks I have used as a kid, I always keep a jar on my nightstand. If you get congested, you can put some under your nose, it works great, especially at night. Put it on your chest when you have a cold and your neck, wrap a towel around and sleep well. Vaporub is good stuff.

My parents & elders used this on us. I still use it now and have passed on that knowledge to others. This was secondary to when we didn't/don't have Asian medicines around. Apply it to our temple, chest, and backs. They tweeked it now, so if you put it on your nose, it will burn like hell! 😂 Use it in our vaporizer machine as well. 🎉 When we do the coin 🪙 on our body, we also use vicks! It's the ingredients that count on top of what we consume for healing. Love it! ❤

Just if you use a oxygen cannula do not use any petroleum jelly product especially under or around your nose it will make your cannula explode under your nose. I learned this when I was a kid . My great uncle was oxygen at home as of home hospice and his nose used to get raw from the cannula so my great aunt and her daughter use to use alittle dab of petroleum or vicks vapor rub. To moisten and open his nasal passages. The cannula would pop under his nose and they couldn't figure out why . The home nurse one day came to the house and the cannula popped . It sounded like a 22 rifle every time. The nurse jumped as the cannula exploded and she noticed the rub under his nose. Then proceeded to strongly warn my aunt and her daughter about the dangers of petroleum products and oxygen. So I'm going to warn you here supplemental oxygen and petroleum products can cause explosions and catch fire. So please just don't use it around home supplemental oxygen . If you do you may deeply regret it!!!

True it does help for respiratory issues I use it all the time when I'm congested I put a little on my chest or under my feet and in 5 to 10 minutes I'm breathing good also I use it for back pain legs and leg pain. Thanks for the reminder. 🙏

My French Canadian grandmother had little tabs of camphre. She put them in a little pouch and would safety pin it to our onesies!

I use Vick’s on my ears when I’m feeling discomfort earache, lightly on a small piece of cotton inserted lightly not directly inside the affected ear. It’s seams to take away the pain.
