This absolutely works!! I tried it a couple years ago when I had a cough that just kept hanging on and not letting me sleep- I didn’t cough all night and woke up feeling fresh as a daisy and all healed.

Thanks. This remedy works for sore feet too. I used it in arthritic feet while working. I was on my feet all day and applied it at night while sleeping.

A little on temples when you have a migraine it helps.

Also apply it to your chest, turn up the heat in your house with a thick comforter..it seems to work faster, due to heat making you sweat it out

Just tried it last night because my mother said to try it and guess what? No coughing all night! I didn't even wear socks, but I also added a little on my chest. I'm taking Theraflu as well, but coughing has gone down.

Did this last night just do see, had c-19 twice and it left inflammation in my throat, i can't seem to get it to move. Gonna give an update in the next 2 weeks

It’s written that you can’t use for kids under 2 on he package. There’s the baby version, but doctors still say babies shouldn’t use any mentholated cream cuz it can have the opposite reaction and close their nose
