Your kids reaction....awesome. Seeing stuff stripped down to the frame has to peak his interest.

Lol. Remember that bugger of a manifold bolt while you have better access to it! I love this kind of thing. I repaired salvage title cars in Michigan for most of my body career. I’m retired now but that sawzall will wear your shoulders out ! Stay safe and I’m keeping an eye on you!

I let the magic smoke out of my Ryobi saw not long ago. Home Depot replaced it for free. By the way, do you ever sell off any of the stuff you remove? Cab company might give you a few bucks for the doors, lights, etc?

Matt I was just wondering if you will be keeping the gas tank hump (crown Vic trunk panel) or removing completely later? I ask because at 3:30 it seems as though you have gone past the front frame mount. Keep your content up this is KZread gold!

I’ve got a friend that is trying to get his life back on track after some addiction and Johnny Law issues and with his record it’s tough for him to find fulfilling and meaningful work. One of his favorite things is collecting scrap metal as he loves the independence and the joy of getting paid doing something outside of what is available to him with his past. (Mostly fast food or 3rd shift gas station clerk) so I toss him all my metal. He’s made a lot of progress in life doing that gig for himself. I’m just happy to see him happy.
