Awesome video man! Vibe lap looks even more frustrating than the rock tumbler but I'm sure you'll get it figured out and your next run will be glorious! Grit contamination is a real bitch!

I'm not sure if you've watched the channel World of Rockhounds but Kyle has a video called The Power of Steam where he uses a low grade steam cleaner to remove any grit stuck in dips and fractures that is really helpful. Also there is a channel called Rockhounding Life and Jason uses a vibratory lap machine. He has a few different videos on it. He doesn't cover the entire surface with marker because the permanent marker can get stuck in rocks with quartz crystals and bleed into them. It may be worth the time to watch a couple just to get tips from someone who's done it longer. Everything is a learning experience, for sure with a new machine and new techniques. Thanks for a cool video!✌🤠

not bad for just your second try , the polish looked great ,even with a few flaws . im sure you will figure it out , i have never done it , but using different pvc's is a good idea . i think its more a success , remember your still a rookie at this lol . i say good job

Plastic cookie cutters from the dollar store might do the trick, cheap enough to use different ones on each stage.
