You do not need to go to the big malls to find some good eating places. Smaller strip malls like VIBO PLACE have unique restaurants worth checking out. VIBO Place is on Escario Street between the Capitol area and Cebu Business Park Ayala Mall. My dentist is here, a veterinarian, architectural supplies, coffee shops, shoe cleaning and repair, and more. Two other strip malls nearby are Escario Center and Capitol Square.

I just left Cebu for Bangkok. Quality of life quadrupled while expenses were cut by 30%. It's that bad in the Phil.
