Hello, I got some tickets for SZA in June, they said physical tickets will arrive by the 16 June (one day before the event) and I’ve been trying everything to get a refund but the same automated response is all they are replying to me with. Do you know how I could get a refund?

Hello! I’m really sorry this has happened. I would say contact your bank and open a dispute, I believe back when I did it, it stated i Will receive an email with the tickets the next day (I also been told a week before the show in May) but I’ve screenshot the message about the next day and used that as my base. If you also got the “actual tickets” from a reputable website then that would work best as Viagogo physically can’t get your ticket so they would have to refund you. Hope this helps!

I just bought tickets to a Portugal game in ocotober this year I received my e ticket immediately with my row number and zone , am I in the clear?

I would suggest checking the official site and see if they’re selling your row number and zone. If you can still purchase on the official site, that would be a bad sign. But fingers crossed 🤞

Absolutely not, I would avoid them at all cost

I bought 2 coldplay tickets and cannot attend because of personal issue. So I sold the tickets on viagogo. When it was sold, I got the notification and my listing was immediately removed. Any payment was hold until 5 days after the event date. So I think not all seller in viagogo is a scam.

I also did the same but my issue was "replacement tickets could not be found" so basically the tickets that I bought and resold could not be replaced therefore I wouldn't get my payment. It's pretty odd cause I got a couple of notifications of them saying "Your Payment Failed. Please make sure to put a valid payment address" even though all my details are correct to receive the funds.

I think normally it would be the teams website, wouldn’t go third party. If it’s international then I think it would be stadium website 👌

Hey, I bought a ticket for Guns N' Roses but it sold out the next day and my friend couldn't buy it on the official site. So he bought a ticket in viagogo and they said that he will get it a week before the concert. It's a scam?

Hello Nataliee! I’m so sorry this has happened to you 😭 first thing I would try and do is call your bank to see if they can cancel. If you’ve used a credit card, use the part of the order where they say they’ll send you an email with the tickets within 48hours (or 24 I can’t remember) but I used that as my base to say they didn’t fulfil their end (when you create a dispute with your bank). Also check if the tickets you’ve “bought” is available for purchase on the official site. If it is, just get it from there with a credit card (the exact seat numbers). They’ll try and get it from there if you dispute but if you’re one step ahead of them, they’ll have no options but to refund you. I really hope you get your money back ❤️

I’m so sad I bought rammstein tickets off viagogo and have lost over £200 I just want to cry I hate how that can get away with this it is so wrong I’ve been looking forward to seeing rammstein for a year and only just found out my tickets are fake

I am so sorry you have to go through this Harriet, seriously this company should not have existed or at least taken down given the amount of people telling people it’s a scam on trust pilot. It’s crazy how there’s no law action against them yet. All I can say is contact your bank and open a dispute to see what options you have. I know this doesn’t fix the situation on missing rammstein but the money is rightfully yours. Best of luck and I do hope you see rammstein soon ❤️

Hi Paula, at this point I would go and see if the tickets are fake (especially if the concert isn’t too far) just go there with an expectation it could be fake. If it is, call up your bank and open up a dispute and explain everything to them, hopefully you get your money back 🍀

Honestly I’m terms of Paula situation I’m not too sure. I hope they turned out real but we won’t know unless she decides to update us ☺️

Hii so we bought 3 Twice tickets for Accor Arena, Paris for September 11th off viagogo before checking the reviews🥲 I have a suspicion they're fake because on the tickets the location says "section floor, row" which doesn't sound too clear💀 We've already bought the plane tickets to Paris and we're not sure wether we should file a dispute with the bank or wait until we get to the concert to see wether the tickets are aunthentic or not. We called the viagogo customer service and they told us we'd get replacement tickets or a refund, but yeah after seeing reviews i don't think we should trust viagogo with that refund😭 Any tips on what to do? the situation is kind of complicated aa
