I think it’s kind of a numbers game? Like, if there’s too many vampires, then it’s harder to keep track of everybody, and to compete for human prey. After all, that’s why in the wild there tends to be smaller predator populations than prey populations (like how deer outnumber wolves in a certain area). If there were too many vampires, there’s higher risk for being caught, and less food for everyone. Of course, they’re all kind of bad at explaining it

WWDITS deleted scenes i haven't viewed is like finding old coins in a dead garden...ALL of which shine brighter (FUNNIER) than series.
