Ok dear 1 કીલો ઘવ = બાજરા અને રાગી ઠંડી મા 250 ગ્રામ અને ગરમી મા 50 થી 100 ગ્રામ જુવાર બધી સીઝન મા 250 ગ્રામ મકાઈ બધી સીઝન મા 250 ગ્રામ સોયાબીન બધી સીઝનમા 150 ગ્રામ પણ થાઈરોડ હોય તો ના નાખવા જવ / ઓટસ 500 ગ્રામ બધી સીઝન મા ચણા અને મગ બધી સીઝન મા 100 ગ્રામ

Dimpal Ben very very good video and more information. Thanks . I am diabetic so I was thinking how to be stay very healthy . Today I got the answer . I am in USA so I could have facilities To gets ready different slot . So I will used that . Even I like your sugar free mithai with fruits. But I do it know if fruits cook then there test became totally change . And may be do not like. I did not try but I am thinking and did not try . Anyway thanks very much . And share different dishes.
