Rohit bhai, Nepal's (+s and -s) as a supporter who loves you guys. 1) + Nepal's bowling unit is/was not any less than other team: facts speak for themselfes, we restricted SA and BAN in such low scores, we saw even the superstar batters of SA were playing safe/defensive with Sandeep; in t20 worldcup history Sandeep is at #3 in terms of economy and Aire is at # 6 on bowling average currently (despite just 1 exposure). Plus Bhurtel's 4/19 against SA is among best. We have to create our own Rashids and Bumrahs, and we are near. 2) + Bowling coahing has made a difference, it appeared you guys had clear bowling plans in all games. 3) + Balance: We have a good mix of pacers and spiners. All we need is honing to next level. Since even Kami and KC can bat well, our batting depth is not bad (provided opening and mid batters avoid some sins, listed below) 4) - Main batting unit lacks strike roation and game awareness is extremely poor. Even in teams like India, when wicket starts falling, a set player has to mix 'offense+defense' on the merit of the ball, just like Kohli was doing after Rohit, Pant and others fell from the other side against SA. That was not Kohli's natural game, even then, he was defending wickets, and accelerated only after hitting 50. 5) - The temptation of reckless shots: this applies to 100% for Kushal Malla and Bhurtell. 50% to you and Airee. Go back and check, in what type of shots you guys got out. In both SA and BAN game, our game should have never gone to the last overs. #4 and #5 are the primary reasons. 6) - Wrong philosophy: everyone in the team should get plance on the merit (not in the past glory/performance). Sure, one or two or five matches does not make a player. Sure, it is necessary to support/back players but when someone is playing bad for months on end and dozens of games, it is time to replace and give chance who is more meritorious. Our system should be like that of Australia, nothing but your recent performance in a reasonable timeframe gaurantees your place in the team. No one should be in the team just because of seniority or relations. Sompal is the most senior player but he can be in team for the next 5+ years, he proved his merit. But Bohora does not belong to the squad, it's time you, coach, and management let him go. Malla and Bhurtel have almost always been out in reckless shots. They need psychological training for the game awarness. Actually it's time to look for the alternative for Malla too. 7) Mindset/Attitude (+ and -) very young team, the hunger of success, THE GREAT 12th man (probably only second to 12th man of India), unity in the team are great +s. But Nepal team need a transformation from "we are learning and we are here to learn" to " we are winners and we are here to win" mindset. Desai is a great coach, it's obvous, but we need a batting coach with Australian /aggresive mindset to balance Desai's more relaxed passive style. Best of luck!

Lol your bowling is decent not good ,those were bowling pitch don't overhype your bowling ,on a bowling pitch even Uganda can trouble batters ,those were the pitches for 100-120 run which is equal to 180-190 ,learn to accept the truth

@@proudgadwali144 from your name it is obvioius you are an indian - no wonder you have a tainted lens to view an associate nation. There is no overhype in the coment. There is not too much skill gap in T20 criicket among associate teams and full members (listen what the people with knowledge like Bhogle, Dayle Stane, Andrew Leonard, Montie Desais of the cricket world say). Top assocaite teams like Nepal, Ned, Scotland, Namibia, USA can beat any full members in T20 format in their day, any day, alhough full members will be the starting favorites. This world cup has made it abundantly clear. This was not the USA pitch. Listen to SA players interview, they came with the mindset to hit 160+ in that pitch. In the second half almost ultil 16th over Win predictor had upto Nepal 98.2% win, and Nepal was absolutely dominating SA. Even in Bangladesh game, win predictor was 80% on Nepal side in the most of the second innings. The major reason (although not the only reason) nepal lost both games was due to inexperience in pressure handling. Check yourself, Rohit even lost his wicket in an anger-shot after Bangali sledging and Gulshan's pausing in the wicket in the last ball is just the inexpereince), and lack of robust on-field batting strategies (this also happens due to inexperience). In contrast, India's game against Pak and the final with SA, in both the other team, NOT INDIA, was dominating almost throughout. While Rohit and Bumrah stood out in the tournament, and Kohli did justice to his brand name, some luck and with same umpiring decisions going to India's favor helped India claim the trophy. I was rooting for India and was happy India won, but Indian fans like you have a blinder overestimating the ability of your team and underestimating the ability of the other teams. Cricket has (be it Asia cup or worldcup) an exclusive club/fedual system where even a crappy full member automatically gets to play in the big stage. If it was truly merit based system like Soccer where even Argentina and Brazil play the qualifier, at least half of these full members will not be in the first stage of the tournament. Think about that, sir!

I am nepali and I must say Nepal bowling was good because of pitch ! If we had played in flat pitch against south Africa they might have set a target of 200 !! And also we could have scored 150 !! Captaincy should be improve ! Fielding also !!

This team and this man is very young and coming players are also talented. There is hope they can perform better. They had mistakes and they got chances to understand themselves and this is what we called experience. But Cricket is evolving faster so we need lot of things to do. Goverment need to give good infrastructure as soon as possible. CAN should give better league and foreign exposures. Need bowling batting, bowling and fielding coaches permanently. If you want to be test nation, we need same level of investment and strategies. How much you have invested and what came as result. I am happy with performance and result. ❤ Fans should have expectations based on reality.
