As someone who plays Vex and saw the buff notes, I was confused. She is one of the best scaling mages even if a little behind(at least for me) I love to go Liandry instead of Ludens on her. It's so nice against tanky matchups and it still do so much damage on squishies. I have gotten many secured burn kills with it, so I prefer it :)

Balance patches don't exist to make champions more fair, they exist to highlight a different roster of characters so the gameplay doesn't become stale. Very sad if your flavor of champion is particularly unloved by riot.

I feel like Vex's current issue is that she just feels TERRIBLE to farm on. It's far harder to predict her farm, since you're fighting against your own passive with your E. Your Q also feels pathetically weak early, which means trading is nigh impossible. And I'll be honest and say all of her abilities are stupidly easy to dodge. They come out too slowly and are so well telegraphed that dodging her attacks is easier than most other champions. She makes Kassadin and ASOL feel stronger in the early game, which really shouldn't be the intention. And instead of countering mobility with her passive, she gets screwed over by it. You CAN punish people for dashing, if you really know what you're doing that is.

And her base movement speed is terrible which is hard to trade early game

I'm not sure if this would save on Mord's first gank, but I think it was worth at least to try casting E to proc passive and accelerate fear cooldown.

Been trying the hyper self healing Xin Zhao. Lethal tempo/triumph/tenacity/cut down with resolve conditioning/revitalize. Build path is kraken > rift > cosmic > nashors. High damage, massive sustain with ~ 400 or more heals on passive procs. Plays well in mid, top, or jungle.

I think theres two reasons people dont play vex as much. 1: Her farm is terrible because you have to use your passive to get minions and then use mana too. 2: On the surface level shes not too braindead but also not too skill based either, the real skill with vex is based around timing and reading your opponent

Posting again for attack speed Vex. Her default attack range is the same as Kayle lvl 16. Vex attack speed can work, I pormise.

Morde was a threat at that time so was Ashe and the support was competent. It seemed that Ez was done inting into Zwag at that point aswell. The build path was safe and effective.
