    That indexer looks sick! May I ask how it works? It looks like the flaps from the intake are hitting a bar but I couldn't get a good view-

    Inspired by the shortcomings of the previous two generations of machines, we have improved the transmission ratio of the chassis. 360rpm is a suitable speed. The suction cup also uses a blue motor for speed, and the feeding speed of the suction cup is accelerated to 1000 rpm. The most proud design is that the three functions of intake, roller and conveyer are driven by only one motor. Isn't that cool? In order to achieve automatic accuracy, we made the shooting angle flat, only about 37 degrees. At the same time, we made an adjustment for manual effect. It can change the shooting angle into 46 degrees!

    Thanks! This is really a cool design. We use six motors on the chassis and one motor on the flywheel, so we have to use the same motor to drive the intake, roller and convyer. The combination of intake and roller is a relatively simple part, while the difficult part is mainly on the conveyer. Because the conveyer only needs to turn forward to transport the disc, but the intake can rotate in two different directions, so we built a ratchet device to make the conveyer only rotate in one direction. We really spent a lot of time to make it work as smoothly as possible!
