How long can you keep ice cream in the machine without going bad? And what model is this machine?

How do you put it in night mode?

Hi, thanks for the video pls after about 10 scoops the machine stopped dispensing even when I put 3ltrs of the mix but if i pour warm water to clean it the whole ice cream will come out with the water.

What setting did he say? Also what did he said about kitchen breaker tripping? One more thing, do you know what model Vevor this is? Barely can hear him.

You should use food grade vaseline on all the rubber “O” rings. It will keep them from wearing out. Also lube the rubber cone on the end of the augers. The “thing” in the hopper is the PUFFER TUBE and it needs the “O” rings lubed , then you will not struggle trying to insert. This man actually knew very little,sad. The star fasteners holding the front dispensers to the machine only need to be tight enough to seal, no need to crank them down so tight, you will ruin the large silicone washer.

@@RobertHerz-dr3xo press the “standby mode” and it will spin the auger when needed and also chill the reservoir to keep the contents fresh.

You know how we add refrigerant in this machine?

Should I do the cleaning daily ? And Is it necessarily to add hot water or normal heat

I'd suggest cleaning every time you use it. Hot water (but not boiling) is best.

How has the machine held up? I’ve been thinking on buying one for commercial use and wondering if it’ll keep up with demand

I don't know. Ours is only used periodically for church events. One of the rubber gaskets has had to be replaced after less than a year (maybe 5 events) but that could have been from misuse. Otherwise performs great! Good luck!

You cant hold the product overnight this has no Precooling

Our church owns it and uses it occasionally. Everyone has been pleased with it! It does take a while to clean.

What happen when vanilla goes in other compartment with chocolate

If you’re getting chocolate in the vanilla it means the divider in the middle handle tube is not in correctly It has rubber Divider that keeps the two flavors separate

One side is not removing Ice cream. What to do?

Why does my hardness always go down after each pour? Is that normal?

Your hardness is going down because it's pulling more of the unfrozen mix from the wells on top so its refreezing. Honestly as long as you don't start a cone below 3.5 you should be okay. If it drops like 2.7 you may be out. The machines sometimes don't alarm when a well is empty

If you don't have mix in one hopper the auger will make terrible noise. Just take the auger out of the side you won't be using.

Not very helpful if it's not running.
