I actually think this is a more modern LED work light, I has both mechanical power switches for each lamp and a radio based remote control which makes it easy to use. It also has both 2700k and 5000k LED's in both heads so you can get 5,000 lumens at 5000k or 2700k or 10,000 lumens when running both color temperatures at the same time. It also defaults to maximum brightness when it is unplugged and reset, so if you loose the remote it will still function at full brightness with power switches for each head.
