That works good Scheib. You can buy an inexpensive AC to 12v DC converter and power it with an AC extension cord. I did that with the 12v transfer pump in my shop and it works nicely… FWIW.

Others have said this already, but a jump pack works well for mobile solutions to run the pump. Nice review brother. If I needed a pump I would definitely consider Vevor. Cheers🍻

Nice. Perhaps you could find hose springs to slide on the ends to keep the pesty kink from appearing.

A spring inserted in the ends of the filler hose should solve the kinking problem

Same pump I have Don.... I did put plumbers tape on the threads. Will last you for years. We use 4 or 5 in our truck repair shops.

Vevor already change design of pump, no arrow showing which direction is flow would be nice to see that on pump housing, but has a L and h ,I am assuming pick up tube goes to L (low) side an hose and nozzle on H (high) side , don't what to have to change hoses when its 12 ° outside and 70 in my garage .

Nice little pump. When i saw the title, i thought did scheib get a diesel tractor? But the you said transferring heating oil. We use to have a heating oil barrel for our furnace and water prior to the 3 phase HVAC system.

So i just got mine today, works great, but a few stupid questions. I use mine to basically fill a few 55 gallon drums from old diesel trucks i scrap, i have different drums for good diesel, bad diesel, waste oil, ect... Ill use the good diesel drum to fill up my tractor and loader, but most of the time its not going to use the full 55 gallon. My tractor is only 10 gal tank. Well i filled up my tractor to test it today, and went well, filled up quick. My issue was with the aftermath. When my tractor was full, i killed the pump, and went to take the suction hose out of drum, diesel everywhere everytime i moved. I thought i let it all drain out before taking it out of the drum, but i guess not. Any advice for this??

Also want to keep mine in my truck, but finding it hard to fit in a smaller tool box. Might keep in truck tool so I don't have to keep taking the hoses on and off
