Thank you for showing where those two springs go! My compressor requirements are ease of carry since most my compressor needs are away from home. Noise was also a consideration. My Campbell Hausfeld 2 HP, 4 gallon, 2.6 scfm @ 90 psi pancake compressor weighs in at 37 lbs so I was a bit concerned about the 47 lb weight of the Vevor. The weight issue fell by the wayside even before the box was opened. Lifting the box felt easy because the center of gravity is closer to me. The shape of the pancake compressor puts the center of gravity farther away making it harder to lift. Once out of the box, the Vevor was even easier to lift because it has the two handles vs the pancake compressors one handle. The noise was reduction of the Vevor is really great. I can hold a normal conversation standing right next to it. In deference to the Campbell Hausfeld, it has worked flawlessly for 20+ years.

I use 1/4" couplers and 3/8" hose.

Hi, I just got one but i have an issue. It compresses to max, 120psi, then shuts off as expected but when I use the air and the pressure drops to 65 psi, it can't restart compression to max. The motor hums and stalls, then the overload switch kicks in. The only way to get it going again is to get all the air out and restart. I'm in Toronto, Canada. Any issues for yours?

I haven't had any issues. Has it done that since new? I'd try to contact Vevor.

Ordered the same compressor 4 weeks ago. It trips out immediately if there is any pressure in the tank. Plugged directly into a wall plug with 20 amp service. it will not recharge, trips out. Vevor customer Service has been dancing about it for weeks, first told me not to use an extension cord. Then claimed the voltage in my home to too low. Funny over 20 other power tools work perfectly. 3 videos to them and still no resolution. I'm learning to hate these guys. I will protest the credit card charge.

Does anyone know where the "unloader" is on this compressor? I'm told that is my problem, it is supposed to open, unloading the pressure on the 2 pistons so they can start back up.
