600 wheel is still a good amount of power and is very dangerous in the hands of novice drivers which is why there are so many crashes nowadays. Just because Joe blow on the internet has 1000 whp don't mean "600 aint shit" like some people try to act like. With the wrong tire wrong surface wrong temps things can go sideways quickly with that kind of power. This is the problem in the age of the internet ppl see guys with 1000+ whp everywhere and just automatically discredit 600 as if its nothing when that is plenty enough power to get you hurt or killed real quick in the hands of someone who can't drive which is a large percentage of the population. These days ppl get the keys to 600-1000 hp cars without even learning to drive first its inevitable they are going to have lots of crashes.

That red Vett is amazing, unbeatable among those other vette. Did the guy with nitro ever used it? Seem like it was not trying or the nitro was being used but was not so effective. I think I noticed it being activated 3:50, notice the interruption in acceleration, but im not sure.

Yea i was thinking in my head LT's but said LT1. But the non z06 c5's did have LT1 motor right, or am I mistaken?

Mike Hendricks the c5 had the ls series motor the Lt1 I think came in the c4 corvettes and early 90's camaro with the tpi the last few years the camaro 00's had the ls1 while the c6 had newer ls series in them. Now the c7 have the lt4 :-)

600-700whp really is the sweet spot for street racing...cheap enough to participate, slow enough to not be going 200+ in a race("safer"), much easier to get traction than the 1000whp cars

A Corvette is my dream car... Luckily my dad has one so when I learn to drive stick this summer that will be the second car I drive (after the one I learn on). Dream car right now is a C6 Z06, Le Mans blue or that yellow color, weld racing rims, 375's in the back, 305's in the front, 1000WHP. Hopefully one day I will make that a reality

Jeez bruh, those are some big tires your going for maybe go a bit smaller to reduce weight/increase speed by less rotations. But sounds good, my dream car setup would be a baby blue GT-R with titanium exhaust to match, with an alpha 9 or alpha 12 package. Did I mention the license plate "RIPAULWLKR" :)
