I tried the diameter trick I can’t believe it actually worked this whole time trying to get my puppy to poop he is 3weeks old and I soon as I took it out the poop started to come out hopefully I won’t have to do it again thank you 🙏 😊

I'm glad I came up with your video. My 1-week old pups were finding difficulty in pooping. I gave them an enema and they pooped like anything. But if in future this happens, I don't want to do an enema. So can you please tell me the ratio of water and electrolyte? and how much honey I can give my 1-week old pups? Here kero syrup is not available

Oh my. Was so stressed, my 8 month dog has not pooped for 3 days. Gave whatever suggested, Papaya, olive oil with food but he got poor appetite. I did this AM, the probing with thermometer (digital). Noted poop inside color was brown. I brought him outside, encouraged to run with me. In 15 minutes, he did poop. Was so elated. Thanks so much for your video.🙏

I have a 7 day old puppy who I gave Karo Syrup to relieve her and she only pooped a lot that one time and then stopped pooping again her stomach gets really hard and looks like she’s having a hard time pushing. Should I keep giving Karo syrup until she goes back to normal?

I have a 5 month old Shih Tzu he is constipated and has a lot of gas the last few days now. I wanted to give him pumpkin but not sure how much I can give him. He is almost 9 lb

I'm sorry we're not able to give any instruction on how much to feed a puppy pumpkin. I would advise you for the safety of your animal to contact your local vet for instructions.

my dog hasnt gone poop in 3 days. She is currently on meds due to her fighting blasto. She is still eating what she will accept from me, and drinking plenty of water. Hasn't even attempted to poop yet so its not like I can say its constipation. Maybe she hasn't ate enough and due to meds and diagnosis she hasn't been active as she is on a strict rest. I used a syringe to spray some broth with pre-probiatic from tomlyn mixed in it down her mouth. Hoping that gets her poop coming so it can put me at ease. Going to try feeding her pumpkin as well.

Good morning Isaac Montes> Pumpkin puree can help ease mild constipation. If the constipation is more serious, then a pet enema may also help. Adding electrolytes in the water will also help. Sheryl at Revival.

I have a 5 week old puppy who is bloated and is definitely constipated would giving her honey be ok? She is the runt from the litter she has no appetite nor will she take any liquid and she moves when I would place my fingers around her tummy she would move forward as if doesn't want to be touched, and she shakes a little plus her front legs are weak, and what else would safe to check the stool if dont have a thermometer? And she is drinking water is that bad or good? She's also trying to walk around

I give my 60 pound dog more than 6 tablespoons of coconut oil twice a day in his food. It makes his poop perfect when it was hard to the touch and difficult for him to get out. I also add a few teaspoons of olive oil. Is it possible to give him too much coconut oil?

Cocanut oil has high fat calories and its good for both the skin and coat also. Fish oil will also help if you feel perhaps the coconut oil may be adding to many calories to the diet for weight gain. Sheryl at Revival.

@@Agoraphobiarecoveryi don't know much about weaning puppies off mothers milk to solid food. You might be giving 100% solid food too young. A Raw diet tends to give much harder feces. I feed my 4 year old dog raw mixed with kibble and pure pumpkin with about a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil. Do your research and don't change your dogs diet drastically especially when weaning. When you have your puppy checked by your vet, ask questions. I suggest to make a list. I always seem to forget to ask the vet something if I don't make a list. Enjoy your puppy.

Hey!! I have two 6 day old puppies who are not pooping. They are nipple fed. Their tummies was hard so we gave them a warm water enema which helped them poop. Now we are back to not pooping again. Im not sure what to do

Very good, We would recommend adding electrolyte in the formula vs water. I would also recommend to give a feeding with just the electrolyte to help with the constipation.

How much is a little karo syrup? I have 2 week old aust shep puppies that lost their mom at day 2.. All bottle fed since and having trouble with constipation. They are growing and look great but very uncomfortable after eating and pass very little what they do pass is mostly dry and hard.

I have 4 3week old puppies that are formula fed mom got sick I can see them straining a bit and they poop only twice a day ..also their poop is green Can I give them karo and how much?

How long should honey take to see a difference? And how much should I give a 2 wk old pup? Thanks

Dana, For 2 week old puppy we would recommend to start with an electrolyte first that has been warmed up. A small amount of honey, about a 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp depending on the size of the puppy added to the electrolyte should help. Sheryl at Revival

Good morning Nakia, I would recommend to use karo syrup instead of honey. It usually works better. I would recommend to also give her electrolytes for more body fluids to help reduce the constipation. I can also recommend a pet enema. Kelly, I would keep an eye on mom when she cleans them. Usually when mom licks them, it stimulates them to poop and she cleans it up when she licks them. When they start to wean you may see more evidence. Sheryl at Revival.
