A real life "wes Anderson" character. Major props to her adventure and living in the moment. Production on this was top notch!

Nah, it's just the editing. That's art.
I love travelling with a scooter for 150km every weekend. It is very fun, the slow speed where you can appreciate the world around is part of the fun.
Why isn't this story been made more public and into a documentary or film. Amazing solo and a girl in some dodgy areas. ⭐⭐⭐

What a journey. Who says the little bikes can't go touring! LOL! Absolutely epic! Truly inspirational stuff!

It is an incredible journey. Emma reminds me of the journey Shreve Stockton (Vespa Vagabond blog) did across the US, or perhaps more in common with Itchy Boots here on KZread. Inspiring stuff. Courageous beyond anything I can imagine doing. I wish my videos had even a fraction of the cinematic qualities that this one does. I'll be adding an ET4 to my stable soon. I wonder if it will inspire me to travel around the world?? Bravo Emma!
Hi Emma, what a brilliant trip! I have made it a point to show your story to my two little nieces (10/11). I think they should find some inspiration in your adventure. Be happy, be safe EDIT: My oldest niece (Britney, we call her Brit) who is almost 12 has decided to buy herself a "motorized bicycle" she does not need a driver license. She lives in Wauchula, FL. USA, a small town of 5,000. Brit has decided she will ride her motor-bike to a state park about 150 miles from us. As her bike can not exceed 20 mph to be legal and taking backroads she is planning for a 2 day trip. Camping at another state park along the way. I have been designated as "The Ghost". I am to watch over her, yet must remain out of her sight so this will be her first "solo" trip. She has her maps all laid out with her route, her stopping points for lunch and some sight seeing. She already has a little 2 person tent, sleeping bag, single burner propane cooker, and her food stores planned. Her father/mother are supportive but not thrilled with her adventure. They all blame you of course. I have taken Brit to look at several motor-bikes however she hasn't found one that "talks to her yet." I am extremely excited! While the majority of girls her age are talking about boys, school drama, and the latest fashions my niece is taking action to make her adventures come true. Just wanted to say thanks.....

the one that "talks to her yet." now THAT is the most important thing that will carry her through life......
First time watching so a couple of questions:- was Emma accompanied by a camera crew in a car/truck? And if not where did she carry her stuff (clothes, camping, food, spares….etc)
Having a privilaged upbringing definitely helps with these quirky adventures.
When I owned ET4, it needed engine repair every 5000 km, can't believe hers survived for 30000 km

Weird. I have ridden chinese scooters and they were able to easily put 10k km without any issues engine wise. Do you mean valve adjustment or really engine repair? I find your story hard to believe. Did you do any performance adjustment? I also own a performance upgraded vespa and no issues yet even after 12k km

Thanks Emma for the sunshine of your story. I'm 70 and hopeing I can get a Vespa too.
already watched it through their magazine, really well put together, i just don't want my vespa to ever fall over its too precious to me.
In the early 80's, I had a 1980 Vespa P200E. I've owned many two wheelers, and now three-wheelers, since and that Vespa was probably the most fun I ever had on a motorcycle. It got even better after I got a sidecar for it. Enjoy your rides and be safe...
What a great story. I live in Azerbijan and last year I rode my Vespa GTS 300 to Baku, Azerbaijan. They are very capable motorbikes.
what a story and what a testament to the Vespa ET4
Wooow, this is amazing! You´re a legend!! I travelled on my Vespa, a red PX200, from Berlin to Sagres in Portugal and to southern Spain. Thats 21 years ago, when I was in my early thirties, and its one of the great adventures in my life. I can so relate to your experience and look forward to your journey to SA!
