Very tasty healthy breakfast complete recipe | Breakfast that doesn't spike blood sugar

A complete recipe of a very healthy, very delicious and easy breakfast recipe. This is ideal portion control, balanced recipe, excellent for all ages especially diabetic and heart patients. It doesn't spile sugar because it is full of vegetables (fibre), protein (egg), healthy fat (desi ghee) and low carb flour only 1 tbsp. So Body need not to produce mush insulin and it is very healthy for heart, diabetes and suitable for weight management.
