Africa our problem is exposure. Even educated people cos of exposure behave uneducated. I have been to a hospital in Ghana where a child was brought there with deep cut on his forehead and the mother was ask to join the queue. I screamed to the nurse, are you crazy!! What kind of training did you get at the Nursing college? I went straight to a doctors room without invitation and luckily the doctor wasn't Ghanaian, the moment I told her about the child the doctor jump and rush to pick the child to emergency room. I was soo embarrassed cos I was with my wife who wasn't a Ghanaian. She just asked me do these Nurses go to school? I said yes. And she said but the nurse could not use common sense that the child is first priority.

Someone said, "They didn't know", and that's the problem. They should know!! That's what they've been trained and paid to do. Professional negligence and below par professional/personal development is our problem.

if e bi somewhere he would have been rich by suing that nurse, the doctor and hospital.......but such things will not happen here......but wrong diagnosis do happen

But I don't get it oo, is he blaming the nurse or the doctor because from his own words he said the doctor diagnosed him of malaria and gave him a shot on his butt which paralyzed him so even if the nurse had allowed him to see the doctor quickly I don't believe the doctor's diagnosis would have changed any better so who is actually supposed to be blamed for his predicament? I really don't get it
