hi my loves!! its been a min since i posted a video....i filmed this almost 2 months ago lolol quincy is almost 4 months old now which is insane to me but i wanted to post this to give you guys a little update.(let me know if you want a more current update since its been about 16 weeks now!)
in today's video i touch on how i'm really doing, how postpartum has been thus far, my newfound confidence, sleep deprivation, feeling pressure to "bounce back" and get back to work so soon after having my first baby and so much more. i hope this video is helpful for other first time or soon to be mommies out there and gives you a bit of hope for the future! postpartum isn't all that bad! it's definitely an adjustment and it's A TON of hard work but i couldn't have asked for a better experience.
