Nigerian Pancakes is a delicious Nigerian Snacks loved by children and adults. It is shallow fried,and a breakfast option if you want something, quick,easy and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Fresh pepper to taste
1/2 medium onion or to taste
4 cups/1000ml lukewarm water
Little cooking oil/Butter/ Margarine for greasing.
