Asalam Aleikom I think best thing I can say is personally talk from my personal experience and just hope that it sparks within you to not give up on the Creator and remember lifes a test. Like many of us we have difficulties in the home and at a certain point for many years I stopped doing salah because it felt like as much as I tried that the help of ALLAH TA ALA wasn't getting closer in that time ALLAHUMMADALLAH I still affirmed the truth of this deen and just told myself I'll reconnect with the Creator when my life circumstances easen. The Creator taught me that one hes the most merciful and best of planners and even though he placed difficulties for me due to turning away from him which facilitated turning back and strengthening my iman. The point of this deen is not the Creator wanting difficulty for us but either we make things difficult on ourselves or others make things difficult for us. I don't know what type of hardship that you dealt with but first care about affirming is this deen the truth that's first priority and seeking it from the Creator first that certainty after that seek the remedies to your issue in this deen and even if it not necessarily easily go away be able to trust the Creator some good will come out of it and the best good is strengthening your bond and trust with the Creator. Not sure you will read this if you do or don't I'll make a dua for you that your leave this life maintaining our oath to the Creator and pray whatever your source of difficulty be removed and you receive good and ease in this life and the next.
